Ian Scott

Ian Scott is a Professor of American Film and History at the University of Manchester, affiliated with the Faculty of Humanities and the Department of English and American Studies. He also serves as SALC Director for Social Responsibility and Internationalisation. Previously, he held roles such as Assistant Associate Dean for Internationalisation (2015-16) and Distinguished Visiting Professor at Central Washington University (2016-17), where he taught filmmaking and industry practices.
