Ian Nicolay is an Adjunct Lecturer in the Philosophy Department at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where he is a PhD candidate. His research focuses on Indian philosophy, comparative philosophy, and the philosophy of mind, with a particular emphasis on imagination in classical Indian traditions. He holds a BA in Philosophy from Texas Christian University (2013) and pursued graduate studies at the University of Hawaii, completing his MA in 2013.
