Professor Ian Hickie is a leading academic at the University of Sydney, serving as Professor of Psychiatry and Co-Director of Health and Policy at the Brain and Mind Centre. He has held prestigious NHMRC Australian Fellow (2007-2012), Senior Principal Research Fellow (2013-2017, 2018-2022), and Investigator Grant (2023-2027) positions. His work focuses on clinical psychiatry, digital health innovations, youth mental health, and mood disorders like depression and bipolar disorder.
