Ian Gellatly

Dr. Ian Gellatly holds the Alex Hamilton Professorship in Business at the University of Alberta. His research examines organizational behavior with emphasis on diversity/inclusion, motivation, and employee well-being.

Investigations span healthcare, ride-sharing, and non-profit contexts. Key studies analyze risk-taking among gig economy workers, employment experiences of people with disabilities, and psychological factors in knowledge sharing.
