Prof. Irēna Kokina is a full professor at Daugavpils University (DU), Latvia, holding dual roles as Director of the Master’s program in Community and Institutional Management and Director of the Doctoral program in Management Science. Her expertise spans organizational culture, talent development, leadership self-growth, and knowledge management. She holds expert rights from the Latvian Council of Science in Economics, Psychology, and Educational Sciences until 2025. Prof. Kokina serves on editorial boards of three international journals, including the Psychology: Reality & Perspectives and Social Science Bulletin. She contributes to academic governance as a member of DU’s Rectors’ Council and the Latvian Universities Association’s Vice-President.
