Héloïse French

Héloïse French is a Lecturer and French Coach at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (RCS) since 2018, and at the Royal Northern Conservatoire of Music since 2021. She holds a Master’s in French Language and Literature from the University of Paris 7 Denis Diderot and training from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland as a classical soprano.

Her expertise lies in teaching French Language classes for singers, French Repertoire, and Phonetic workshops. She specializes in coaching opera productions, including Les Mamelles de Tirésias, Le Dialogue des Carmélites, and L’étoile, with a focus on French Mélodie and text interpretation. Her approach integrates vocal technique, literature, and phonetics to enhance performance authenticity.
