Hyunjung Lee is an Assistant Professor at the College of Agriculture & Life Sciences, Texas A&M University, affiliated with Texas A&M AgriLife. Her research focuses on behavioral nutrition, global food security, and community-based interventions to address barriers to healthy eating and physical activity in underserved populations. She develops cost-effective strategies to modify psychosocial, behavioral, and environmental factors for improved nutritional outcomes.
She is based at the Norman E. Borlaug Building in College Station, Texas, and can be reached via email at grace.lee@ag.tamu.edu. Her work integrates multidisciplinary approaches to enhance public health through targeted interventions.
