Hyo Yoon Kang is an Associate Professor/Reader at the University of Warwick's School of Law, specializing in intellectual property law with interdisciplinary focus on political economy, science studies, and legal theory. Her work critically examines patent systems' socio-political implications through lenses of media theory, literary criticism, and historical epistemology.
