Dr. Huseyin Topaloglu is the Howard and Eleanor Morgan Professor at the School of Operations Research and Information Engineering at Cornell University and Cornell Tech. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Bogazici University (1997), an M.A. in Operations Research from Princeton University (1999), and a Ph.D. in Operations Research from Princeton University (2001).
