Huseyin Sehitoglu

Huseyin Sehitoglu is a distinguished academic and researcher in the Department of Mechanical Science and Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), where he holds the John, Alice, and Sarah Nyquist Chair. His roles include Director of The Fracture Control Program and former Department Head (2005-2009). He has held various academic ranks including C. J. Gauthier Professor and Grayce Wicall Gauthier Professor.
