Dr. Humberto Rodriguez Gutierrez is an Associate Professor in the Department of Physics at the University of South Florida. His research focuses on quantum phenomena in 2D materials, nanoscale optical characterization, and novel spectroscopic techniques for low-dimensional systems.

Leading a laboratory for advanced spectroscopy and imaging, his work bridges condensed matter physics and materials engineering to develop next-generation optoelectronic devices.
