Huiling Ding

Dr. Huiling Ding is a Professor of English at North Carolina State University, serving as Director of Labor Analytics and Workforce Development at the Data Science Academy, and Faculty in the Ph.D. program in Communication, Rhetoric, & Digital Media. She holds the distinguished title of University Faculty Scholar and leads interdisciplinary research in AI ethics, risk communication, and social justice. Ding’s work bridges technical communication with global health crises, focusing on pandemic response strategies and the societal impacts of emerging technologies.
