Hui Sun

Hui Sun is an Assistant Professor of Organization Theory at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Previously, she held a position at the Stockholm School of Economics. She specializes in understanding how cognition and language influence organizational strategy and network resource mobilization, employing mixed methods including computational modeling, experiments, and qualitative analysis.

Research Interests: Sun explores cognitive foundations of strategy in uncertain environments, network mobilization dynamics, and the interplay between mental frameworks and organizational decision-making. She combines computational tools with experimental designs to study small-history strategizing and network learning processes.
