Dr. Hui Song is a Research Fellow at the School of Engineering, RMIT University. She holds an M.S. in Control Theory and Control Engineering from Zhengzhou University (2014) and a Ph.D. in Computer Science and IT from RMIT University (2019). Her research focuses on machine learning, multi-task optimization, artificial intelligence, time-series modeling, energy prediction, and battery energy optimization. She has been actively involved in supervising projects related to energy analytics and machine learning applications.
Her work bridges theoretical advancements in evolutionary computation and practical applications in energy systems, including solar photovoltaic power prediction and battery energy storage optimization. Dr. Song’s contributions emphasize data-driven approaches for smart grids, EV charging systems, and renewable energy integration.
