Howard F. Andrews is an Associate Professor of Neurobiology at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, with cross-appointments in Psychiatry, the Gertrude H. Sergievsky Center, and Biostatistics. He serves as Director of the Data Coordinating Center (DCC) at the New York State Psychiatric Institute and Columbia University Medical Center, and as Co-director of the Research Information Services Consortium (RISC) at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. His work focuses on managing large-scale clinical trials and epidemiological studies.
