Howard Bonnemann is a Lecturer in the Department of Dairy and Food Science at South Dakota State University (SDSU). He holds a B.S. in Chemistry (1987) and dual degrees in Dairy Manufacturing (B.S. 1982, M.S. 1984) from SDSU. His academic roles include teaching courses such as Dairy Plant Management, Dairy Microbiology Lab, and Dairy Products Processing. He also serves as the CAFES representative to the Academic Affairs subcommittee on Evaluation and Assessment, and holds leadership roles in the South Dakota State Dairy Association and National FFA committees.
