Houndégla Franck is a lecturer at the École des Beaux-Arts de Saint-Étienne (ebabx), specializing in Scenography, Environmental Design, and Public Space. He is a designer, doctor of architecture, and active in redeveloping public spaces and heritage sites both in France and internationally.

His interdisciplinary practice connects spatial design, object creation, and semiotics across scales. Franck has curated and scenographed notable exhibitions such as "Singulier Plurielles. Dans les Afriques contemporaines" (Biennale Design Saint-Etienne 2022) and contributed to the Benin pavilion at the Venice Art Biennale 2024.
