Horacio Enriquez is an Adjunct Professor (Part-Time Faculty) at the University of San Francisco. He holds an MS in Engineering Management and Leadership (2004) and a BS in Mechanical Engineering (1997) from Santa Clara University. His expertise spans over 25 years in semiconductor, telecommunications, consumer electronics, life sciences, and integrated facilities management, with leadership roles in supply chain management and supplier quality/compliance.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Bio Supply Management Alliance, the Advisory Board for the Biotech Supply Chain Academy, and as an advisor to Santa Clara Ventures and Bronco Venture Fund. His research interests focus on operational excellence, high-performance team leadership, and continuous improvement methodologies in cross-industry contexts.
Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Director of Commercial Supply Chain at ChemoCentryx, Associate Director of Supplier Relationship Management at Bio-Rad, and Senior Manager of Business Systems Integration at Genentech. He emphasizes mentorship for professionals and students in principled, purpose-driven leadership.
