Hope Brandon

Dr. Hope Brandon is an Academic Fellow at the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy, serving in the Pharmacy Practice & Science Department. She holds a PharmD from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and an MBA from the University of Memphis. Her clinical and research interests focus on pediatric critical care, maternal-fetal medicine, drugs in pregnancy, and educational scholarship. She completed PGY1 Acute Care and PGY2 Pediatric Pharmacy residencies at UK Healthcare.

Research Interests: Dr. Brandon explores clinical pharmacy challenges in pediatrics and women's health, particularly antimicrobial stewardship in critically ill children and pharmacotherapy in maternal-fetal contexts. She also investigates educational innovations to improve pharmacy student outcomes, including NAPLEX pass rate strategies and curriculum design.

Professional Engagement: Active in the American College of Clinical Pharmacy, American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy, and Pediatric Pharmacy Association. Her work bridges clinical practice, education, and research in acute care settings.
