Hoonsuk Park is a Senior Lecturer in Finance at the University of Melbourne's Faculty of Business and Economics. He joined in 2020 after previous positions at Nanyang Technological University and holds a PhD in Finance from Ohio State University.
His research examines household financial decision-making under uncertainty and behavioral aspects of financial markets. Publications analyze consumption smoothing, tax policy impacts, and firm-household economic linkages.
Recent work investigates how corporate uncertainty influences household spending/saving behaviors and asset pricing under tax policy fluctuations.
