Dr. Holly Klee is an Assistant Professor at George Mason University, affiliated with the College of Education and Human Development and the Department of Educational Psychology. She holds a PhD in Education from George Mason University, specializing in Educational Psychology with an emphasis on Quantitative Research Methods. Her research focuses on mathematics anxiety, particularly its antecedents in classroom environments and transitions between educational levels. She also serves as Data and Survey Coordinator for the Accreditation and External Reporting Office and Associate Director of Academic Analytics in Student and Academic Affairs.
Dr. Klee's education includes a PhD from George Mason University (201X), where she earned the Outstanding Dissertation Award. Her research agenda addresses three core areas: environmental/motivational influences on mathematics anxiety, measurement methodologies for emotional appraisals, and developmental trajectories of anxiety across educational transitions. She has presented at major conferences like the American Educational Research Association and American Psychological Association, focusing on quantitative analyses of student motivation and anxiety.
