Holli Booe is an Associate Professor in the Nutritional Sciences Department at Texas Tech University, specializing in health and wellness through dietetics. With over 20 years of experience as a registered dietitian, she combines academic leadership as Associate Department Chair with direct nutritional counseling for diverse health conditions and lifestyle optimization.
