Holger Backhaus-Maul

Holger Backhaus-Maul is a Part-Time Lecturer at the Department of Educational Sciences, Faculty of Philosophy III, Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg. He has held this position since 1995, focusing on Social Security, Welfare Politics, Public Administration, and Organizational Theory. His work extends to roles as a researcher in projects involving social cohesion and international service learning.
