Dr. Hoger Mahmud is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computing and Informatics at the American University of Iraq, Sulaimani. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Huddersfield, UK, and advanced degrees in Software Engineering and Computer Science from UK institutions.
