Hirschberger Jonathan is a researcher at the Institute for Ancient Judaism and Hellenistic Religious History at Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen, affiliated with the Faculty of Protestant Theology. He studied Protestant Theology in Tübingen, Rome, and Jerusalem, and is currently pursuing his doctorate under Prof. Erhard Blum and Prof. Christian Witt, focusing on Martin Luther's reception of the Masoretic Text and rabbinic exegesis in early Old Testament translations.
