Hiromi Aoki is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Asian Studies at the University of British Columbia's Faculty of Arts. Specializing in Japanese language pedagogy, she explores AI applications in language education and has taught Japanese at institutions like the University of Alberta, UCLA, University of Arizona, and Dartmouth University's study abroad program.
