Dr. Hillel Mali serves as a Senior Lecturer in the Bible Department at Bar Ilan University, where he completed his Ph.D. in 2018 with a dissertation titled "Descriptions of the Temple in the Mishnah: History, Redaction and Meaning."
His research focuses on analyzing fundamental categories of worship in biblical texts and their evolution in post-biblical literature. Dr. Mali demonstrates how traditional Jewish exegesis intersects with modern critical methodologies in Bible scholarship.
