Hilde Hiim

Hilde Hiim is a Professor (part-time) at the Faculty of Education and International Studies at Oslo Metropolitan University (OsloMet). Her work focuses on vocational education, teacher professionalism, and action research methodologies. She leads the Literacies for Health and Life Skills project, aiming to enhance pre-service teachers' ability to foster youth health and life skills through didactic innovation. Her research emphasizes practical collaboration between educational institutions and workplaces to ensure vocational education’s relevance.
