Dr. Hilary Gunn is an Associate Professor in Physiotherapy at the University of Plymouth, affiliated with the School of Health Professions within the Faculty of Health. She teaches at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including PhD supervision, with a focus on neurology, elderly care, and falls management. Her research examines balance and falls in individuals with neurological conditions, complementing her teaching expertise.
Dr. Gunn holds a PhD completed in 2015 and leads the School-wide research dissertation module, supporting students and staff across six professional programs. She is actively involved in advancing physiotherapy education and research, ensuring curricula remain evidence-based and aligned with contemporary clinical practice.
