Dr. Hilary E. Fazzone is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Science at Yale School of Medicine. She serves as Director of Ophthalmology at the Cornell Scott Hill Health Center in New Haven, CT, and teaches residents in the Yale Ophthalmology residency program. Previously, she held leadership roles in Neuro-Ophthalmology at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital and The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary.
