Henry Dean

Henry Dean is a Lecturer at the Eastman School of Music, currently pursuing a BM in Vocal Music Education. He holds leadership roles in student organizations, including President of the Eastman Programming and Involvement Council (EPIC) and Mu Upsilon chapter of Mu Phi Epsilon, as well as Treasurer of the National Association for Music Educators (NAfME) collegiate chapter.

Henry is a tenor active in the Eastman Chorale and Collegium ensembles, with performance experience at international programs in Urbania, Italy, and Vienna, Austria. His research interests include Music Education, Vocal Performance, and Baroque Ensemble Practices.

He volunteers with the Early Childhood Music Program and joined the faculty of the Theory in Motion program, reflecting his dual role as a student and instructor. His affiliations span Eastman School of Music and its community initiatives.
