Henry B. Weil

Henry B. Weil is a Senior Lecturer in the Technological Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Management group at the MIT Sloan School of Management. He brings extensive industry experience from his tenure as President and CEO of Pugh-Roberts Associates, a Cambridge-based management consulting firm.

Weil's research focuses on corporate strategy in technology industries, with expertise spanning telecommunications, financial services, transportation, energy, and media. He examines how management policies, technological developments, industry structure, and regulation influence corporate competitiveness and market behavior. His current work investigates commoditization in air transportation, telecommunications services, and refined petroleum products using computer simulation modeling.
