Henrik Udsen is a Professor in IT Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen, where he leads the Centre for Information and Innovation Law (CIIR). His expertise spans IT law, data protection, contract law, and intellectual property, with over 91 research publications. He holds a PhD (2002) and Doctor of Laws (2009) from the University of Copenhagen.
