Henrik Ringbom is a Professor II at the Nordic Institute for Maritime Law, University of Oslo, and a Professor of Maritime Law at Åbo Akademi University, Finland. He holds a PhD (2007), LL.M. (London School of Economics, 1997), and M.Sc./M.Phil. (Åbo Akademi, 1995-1996).
