Henner Momann is a Lecturer in dramatic fundamentals and role development at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Frankfurt am Main. Born in Nordhorn (1986), he studied acting at the University of Music and Theatre in Leipzig. He has held roles at prominent institutions including the Dresden State Theatre, Oldenburg State Theatre, and Mainz State Theatre, collaborating with directors such as Simon Solberg, Julia Hölscher, and Jan-Christoph Gockel. Since 2019, he co-developed the cult production Sophia, Death and I, which he also directed. His current engagements include The Threepenny Opera.
His career spans theater, TV, and film, with a focus on creative direction and performance. Notable collaborations include projects with Anika Baumann and Julian von Hansemann. Momann’s work emphasizes interdisciplinary approaches to theater, blending traditional and contemporary techniques.
