Helmi Räisänen

Helmi Räisänen is a Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences and part of the Helsinki Institute of Sustainability Science (HELSUS) and Environmental Policy Research Group (EPRG) at the University of Helsinki. They also hold a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Finnish Institute of International Affairs.
