Prof. Dr. Helena Stehle is a full professor at the Department of Communication, University of Münster (Germany). She leads the Strategic Communication II team, focusing on organizational communication, sustainability, digital visibility, and journalism-audience relationships. Her academic journey includes a Diplom (2007), PhD (2014), and Habilitation (2020) in communication science. She previously held roles as an assistant professor (2020–2023), deputy professor at University of Tübingen (2017–2018), and research associate at University of Hohenheim (2007–2020). Stehle’s research spans strategic communication, energy project legitimacy, and internal communication dynamics. She leads multiple funded projects including 'Haltungskommunikation von Unternehmen' (2024–2025) and 'EnMS – Energieprojekte im Münsterland'.
