Helena Seibicke is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Political Science, University of Oslo. Her work focuses on the intersection of knowledge governance, climate policy, gender politics, and EU institutional dynamics. She is actively involved in interdisciplinary research projects like ACCELZ and R-Quest, and contributes to the Oslo Political Theory (OPT) and Science and Democracy (SciDem) research groups.

Recent publications analyze institutional designs of climate advisory boards, interest group influence in EU gender policy, and stakeholder rationales for policy-science collaboration. She serves as Committee Chair for the Standing Group on Knowledge and Governance at the European Consortium for Political Research (ECPR).
Her teaching portfolio includes courses on EU politics, multilevel governance, public administration, and research design methodologies at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
