Helena Moreira

Helena Moreira is a Researcher at the Centre for Biotechnology and Fine Chemistry (CBQF) within the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. She holds a PhD in Biotechnology from the same institution and a Master's degree from the University of Aveiro. Her research focuses on developing bioinoculants to enhance crop resilience under environmental stress (drought, salinity, heavy metals) and improving soil health through sustainable practices. She leads projects like ReCROP and HSoil4Food, emphasizing Mediterranean agroecosystems.
