Helena Miton is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior specializing in the interplay between cognitive processes and cultural evolution. She holds a BA in Sociology from Université Paris IV Sorbonne (2012), a Master in Cognitive Science from EHESS & ENS Ulm (2014), and a PhD in Cognitive Science from Central European University (2019). Following her doctorate, she completed an Omidyar Fellowship at the Santa Fe Institute.
Her research focuses on how cognitive mechanisms shape cultural transmission, organizational forms, and technological development. Key interests include cultural evolution, historical dynamics, and the cognitive foundations of social systems.
