Helena Bolina

Helena Bolina is an Assistant Professor and researcher at CEDIS – Centro de Investigação de Direito e Sociedade, affiliated with NOVA School of Law at NOVA University, Lisbon. Her expertise spans Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Administrative Offenses Law, and Securities Regulation. She actively contributes to research, teaching, and judicial evaluations.

In 2025, she organized the workshop "A Proteção dos Denunciantes de Infrações em Portugal: desafios e oportunidades" and evaluated doctoral and master’s theses. Her work bridges academic rigor with practical legal applications in both criminal and administrative law domains.
