Dr. Helen Williams is a Senior Lecturer in People & Organisations at Swansea University's School of Management. An interdisciplinary scholar with professional background in organizational psychology, her research challenges economic-centric views of entrepreneurship by examining diverse entrepreneurial experiences and practices through innovative methodologies.
Research employs visual, creative and material methods to explore gendered dimensions of entrepreneurship and critical perspectives on work. Current projects advance material methodologies in organizational research. She teaches human resource management, leadership, and research methods with emphasis on diversity, inclusion, and critical approaches to work.
