Helen Schomburg

Dr. Helen Schomburg is a Researcher at the Institute for Animal Welfare and Animal Husbandry (ITT), based at the Experimental Station Celle. Her work focuses on Precision Livestock Farming, data analysis, and machine learning applications in animal husbandry. She actively participates in key research projects such as 'ErhEb,' evaluating digital monitoring methods for pig farming, and the European Partnership Animal Health & Welfare, assessing sentience in slaughter animals.
