Heidi Bulk

Heidi Bulk is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication Studies at Oswego State. She teaches courses such as Foundations of Communication, Interpersonal Communication, and Communication Theories. Her academic background includes a BS (2010) and MA (2014) in Communication & Rhetorical Studies from Syracuse University, along with a minor in Religion.

Her research and teaching interests focus on communication theories, interpersonal dynamics, and rhetorical analysis. She emphasizes practical application of communication principles in academic and real-world contexts.

During Spring 2025, she instructs three courses: COM 100 (MWF 10:20-11:15a), COM 212 (MWF 11:30-12:25p), and COM 301 (MWF 1:50-2:45p). Office hours are MWF 12:45-1:45pm in 38B Lanigan Hall.
