Heidi Brødsjø

Heidi Brødsjø serves as a University Lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy, Faculty of Humanities, Sports and Educational Sciences, University of South-Eastern Norway (USN), based at Porsgrunn Campus. She is a core instructor in the kindergarten teacher education program, responsible for foundational and specialized curriculum delivery.

Her research and teaching expertise centers on early childhood education, with emphasis on inclusive pedagogy and diversity integration within kindergarten settings. She actively develops and teaches the specialization course "Diversity in Kindergarten," equipping future educators with strategies to address multicultural and multilingual classrooms through practical frameworks.
