Hege Emma Rimmereide

Professor Hege Emma Rimmereide is affiliated with the Department of Language, Literature, Mathematics and Interpreting at Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL). She holds a prominent position as a research group leader for the Forskargruppe i lese- og skrivedidaktikk and participates in multiple collaborative research initiatives including Nature in Children's Literature (NaChiLit), Researching English Teacher Education, Language and Literature (RETELL), and the Bergen/York Reading Research Group.

Her research interests span children's and young adult literature with a specialized focus on ecocriticism, graphic novels in educational contexts, reading and writing didactics, and digital learning technologies.
