Hee Sook Kim is a Professor of Fine Arts at Haverford College in Pennsylvania. A South Korean-born printmaker, painter, and video artist, her work has earned recognition through prestigious awards such as the 2017 Innovative Teaching Award and grants from the Pollock-Krasner Foundation and Leeway Foundation.
Education:
- B.F.A. and M.F.A. from Seoul National University
- M.A. from New York University
Ms. Kim has exhibited internationally, including at the Osaka City Museum (Japan), National Museum of Modern Art (South Korea), and Queens Museum (New York). Her art is held in collections across the United States, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and Europe.
