Hedvig Neerland Abrahamsen

Hedvig Neerland Abrahamsen is an Associate Professor at the Department of Teacher Education and School Research, University of Oslo (UiO). With a PhD in Educational Sciences and a master's degree in Organization and Management, she focuses on educational leadership, school governance, and curriculum reform. Her research explores leadership workshops, teacher collaboration, and the challenges of implementing educational policies in Norway's accountability-driven system.
