Heatherjean MacNeil

Heatherjean MacNeil serves as an Assistant Teaching Professor of Organizational Behavior at Northeastern University's D'Amore-McKim School of Business. Her academic work bridges scholarly research with practical leadership experience across music, fashion, non-profit, and startup accelerator sectors.

Her research centers on feminist studies and methods, examining how social identity shapes entrepreneurs and organizational contexts.
