Heather Moore

Heather Moore is an Adjunct Professor at Northern Louisiana University (NLU), teaching courses in Health Care Leadership (HCL) and Master of Health Administration (MHA) programs. She focuses on leadership development, succession planning, and healthcare personnel management. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Healthcare Administration at A.T. Still University, her research examines comprehensive succession planning in medical groups. She holds an MBA and BS in Healthcare Management from South University.

Teaching areas include professional writing, team development, quality analysis, and ethical/legal issues in healthcare. Her educational philosophy emphasizes connecting classroom learning to real-world experiences, believing education transforms life trajectories.
